Notifications

What’s in the bell at the top of the app?
Two different kinds of things. First, **events**: an alert on your campaigns, new optimizations suggested by Zeo, a report that’s ready, an analysis that’s finished. Each one comes with its key number, for example “Your ROAS is 1.2×, you’re losing money”, and takes you straight to the right screen, on the right account. Second, **ongoing issues**: an account to reconnect, a failed sync, a profile to complete, searches waiting to be sorted, a quota nearly used up. The most urgent ones are always at the top.
Why don’t some rows in the bell disappear when I click them?
Because they describe a situation that’s still true, not news. A row like “This account needs to be reconnected” or “profile incomplete” stays visible as long as the problem lasts, and clears on its own once it’s fixed. Events, on the other hand, are marked as read when you click them. That’s intentional: an issue you can clear with one click without dealing with it always ends up forgotten.
If I turn off an email, do I also lose the notification in the app?
No. The two are independent: turning off an email means “don’t fill my inbox”, not “hide it from me in the app”. You’ll still find the information in the bell, just without the email. The reverse is also true: some rows only exist in the bell, such as “Watch” alerts and searches to sort, which are never emailed.
Which email notifications can I get from Pulzeo?
In Settings, on the Notifications tab, you can turn on the weekly summary, critical alerts, report-ready and optimizations-ready emails, disconnected account alerts and product news. Each one matches a specific type of email.
How do I turn a notification on or off?
On the Notifications tab, just flip the switch next to the notification you want. Your choice is saved right away, with no button to confirm.
Are notifications on by default?
No. All email notifications are off to start with. You choose the ones you want by turning them on one by one.
