Dashboard

12 answers

What’s the dashboard for?

It’s an overview of the selected account for the period you choose: spend, conversions, cost per acquisition or ROAS, changes and trends. You see where things stand without opening ten Google Ads tabs. The metrics adapt to the account’s business type.

How do I switch to another account?

Use the account picker at the top of the screen: click it and choose an account. All of Pulzeo switches to that account, whatever page you’re on. The selected account stays the same as you move between pages.

How do I change the date range?

At the top, next to the account picker, click the date picker. Choose a preset (today, last 7 days, this month, last 30 days, last month, and so on) or a custom range with your own start and end dates. Everything updates right away.

Does the date range apply to every page?

Yes. The date range is global: it applies to the dashboard, accounts, campaigns and each campaign’s details. Set it once, and everything stays consistent as you move between pages. The selected account works the same way.

What’s the default date range?

By default, Pulzeo shows the last 30 days. You can change it at any time with the date picker, and Pulzeo remembers your choice for your next visits. That way you keep the view you care about.

How do I read the “Trend over the period” section?

Three cards sum up the essentials: spend, traffic (clicks, impressions, click-through rate) and conversions with their cost. Each one has a small chart and the change versus the previous period: green when it’s moving the right way, red when it isn’t. One glance tells you where you stand.

How do I see the trend in a detailed chart?

Click “See detailed trend”, or one of the overview cards. A panel opens with a full chart where you pick the metrics to display. It’s the best way to look at a trend more closely.

Where do the trend arrows and percentages come from?

Pulzeo automatically compares the period you’re viewing with the same-length period just before it. The colored pill shows whether the metric went up or down, and by how much. You can see right away whether things are improving or getting worse.

Why don’t my metrics match another account’s?

Because Pulzeo adapts the metrics to each account’s business type. A lead generation account shows cost per lead, an e-commerce account shows ROAS and revenue, and an awareness account shows views and CPM. You see the metrics that fit, not a one-size-fits-all grid.

What’s the account health score?

It’s a score that sums up the account’s health over the period, and how it changes over time. It shows you at a glance whether the account is on track or has issues to fix. It’s based on your actual data and your business profile.

What are the Alerts and Strengths cards for?

The Alerts card flags what needs your attention (a runaway budget, a campaign with no conversions, and so on), with an explanation and a next step. The Strengths card next to it highlights what’s working, so you know what to build on. Together, they give you a balanced view of the account.

What does the conversion funnel show?

It’s a simple view of how impressions turn into clicks, then into conversions, over the period. You can see at a glance where volume drops off along the way. It’s a good way to gauge the account’s overall efficiency.
