How do I connect my Google Ads account?
Go to “Ad accounts” and click “Connect a Google Ads account”. Sign in securely with your Google account, then choose the accounts you want to track. It takes less than a minute.
What do I need to connect an account?
All you need is a Google account with access to the Google Ads accounts you want to track. You grant Pulzeo access when you connect, and you can revoke it at any time. There’s nothing else to install.
After connecting, how do I choose which accounts to track?
A picker opens with every account you can access. Check the standard accounts you want to track, or click a manager account to see its sub-accounts. Click “Add” to confirm, and Pulzeo starts loading their data.
How do I access the sub-accounts of my manager account (MCC)?
In the picker, manager accounts have their own section. Click one to expand its client accounts, then check the ones you want to track. You can select them all at once or pick them one by one.
I have a lot of accounts. How do I find the right one quickly?
When you have several accounts, a search bar appears in the picker. Type the account name or ID to filter the list instantly. It also works inside a manager account’s sub-accounts.
How do I add more accounts later?
Go back to “Ad accounts” and click “Connect an account” again. You can add accounts at any time without affecting the ones already connected. Accounts you already track are marked “Already connected”.
What is an account’s business profile?
It’s where you describe the business behind the account so Zeo can tailor its analyses. It’s organized into levels: “Essentials” (website, industry, goal, average order value), “Customize” and “Expert” for more specific advice, and “Branding” for the look of your reports. The more you fill in, the better the recommendations fit your business.
How do I fill in an account’s business profile?
On the account card, click “Set up” (or “Complete” or “Edit”) in the profile banner. A window opens with the questions grouped by level. Start with “Essentials”, save, and fill in the rest whenever you like.
Why does Pulzeo ask for my website and industry?
These details let Zeo apply the best practices for your industry and tailor its recommendations and keyword research to your business. Without the essentials, analyses stay generic and the health score isn’t reliable. It takes 30 seconds and makes a big difference.
How do I set the account’s business type and goal (CPA, ROAS…)?
At the top of the business profile window, choose the business type (lead generation, e-commerce, appointment booking, awareness or app installs) and set your target (cost per acquisition, ROAS, and so on). This adapts the labels and numbers shown throughout Pulzeo. Your target also decides whether your metrics show in green or red.
What does an account card show?
Each card shows the account name, business type and status, plus three key metrics for the selected period: spend, conversions (labeled for your type of business) and your cost per acquisition or ROAS against your target. A banner also shows how far along the business profile is. The “Open” button takes you to that account’s dashboard.
Can I reorder my accounts?
Yes. Grab the small handle on the left of a card and drag it where you want. Pulzeo remembers the order for your next visit. It’s a handy way to put your priority accounts first.
Does my data update automatically?
Yes. Pulzeo refreshes your account data regularly in the background. To refresh it right away, click “Refresh” on the account card. The bottom of each card shows when it was last updated.
What do I do when an account shows “Disconnected”?
The connection to Google has expired, which happens from time to time. Click “Reconnect” on that account’s row and sign in with Google again to resume updates. Until you do, that account’s numbers stop updating.
How do I disconnect an account?
On the account card, click the trash icon at the bottom right. Pulzeo shows you what will be deleted and asks you to confirm, because this can’t be undone. Download any important reports first. You can always reconnect the account later.
What do the “Active” and “Inactive” account statuses mean?
“Active” means the account is connected and tracked as usual. “Inactive” means it isn’t serving ads. If there’s a connection or access problem, a banner on the card says so and tells you what to do. That way you can see at a glance which accounts need your attention.
