Zeo analyses

How do I run an analysis with Zeo?

In the “Analyze with Zeo” panel, choose a campaign and a period, then click “Run an analysis”. Zeo audits your data and suggests concrete actions, which then land in your action plan.

Can I analyze the whole account, not just one campaign?

Yes, and it happens on its own: Zeo analyzes the whole account after the first sync, then every 15 days. The “Analyze with Zeo” panel is for analyzing one specific campaign whenever you want.

What period should I choose for a Zeo analysis?

You can choose 15, 30 or 90 days, or set a custom range. A custom range needs at least 15 days of data. Pick the length that best reflects the account’s recent activity.

How do I track the progress of my analysis?

A “Zeo is analyzing…” pill with a progress bar appears at the bottom right. It stays visible even if you switch pages or refresh, and the analysis keeps running. When it’s done, it offers “View action plan”.

What’s in an analysis report?

Each report includes the date, the period, the number of suggested actions and a summary written by Zeo. A badge shows the overall status: Healthy, Watch or Critical. Your strengths, with numbers to back them up, are highlighted in green at the end.

Where do I find my past analyses?

In the “Analyses” tab of the Optimizations page. It keeps a history of every report from Zeo. You can reread them at any time and jump back to the related actions.

How do I go from a report to its actions?

At the bottom of a report, the “View actions” button opens the board filtered to that analysis’s recommendations. That way you can work through that specific report without mixing it up with the rest.
