Conversions

What’s the Conversions page for?
It lets you create your conversions (no code, with a step-by-step wizard) and track what each campaign brings in, compared with your real business numbers. It also monitors your tracking and alerts you if something’s off. The page has four tabs.
What’s in each Conversions tab?
“Overview” sums up your tracking status and any anomalies. “Mapping” lists your conversion actions and their campaigns. “Analysis” shows trends and accuracy. “Configuration” is where you set up and create your conversions. Switch between them depending on what you need.
How do I know if my tracking is healthy?
The Overview tab shows a “Tracking status” card: either “All good” or the number of conversions to check. Three other cards show your total number of actions, how many are active and how many use data-driven attribution. It’s your quick health check.
What issues does the conversion diagnosis find?
It spots duplicate actions, conversions with no activity in 30 days, counting settings that don’t fit your business, actions outside the “Conversions” column, attribution that isn’t data-driven and undefined conversion windows. Each issue comes with a clear recommendation, ranked from most to least serious.
How do I test that a conversion is firing?
On a conversion that needs checking, the “Test conversion” button opens Google Tag Assistant so you can check that it fires on your website. In the Configuration tab, “Test my configuration” also checks that your GTM container and essential tags are set up correctly.
Does Pulzeo alert me if my conversions drop?
Yes. The Overview tab shows an alert if you’ve had no conversions for 7 days, or if they’ve dropped sharply compared with the previous week. It gives you the numbers and suggests checking your tracking and campaigns.
How do I see which conversions are linked to which campaign?
The Mapping tab shows “Conversions by campaign”: every action linked to each campaign through its goals, even those at zero, for the selected period. Click a campaign to see the details. An action at zero is linked correctly but isn’t firing.
What does the conversion actions table show?
For each action: its name, category, type, status, attribution model, count setting, whether it’s included in “Conversions” and its number of conversions for the period. You can search for an action and sort by column. Expand a row to see its click-through and view-through conversion windows.
What does the “Auto-created” badge on a conversion mean?
It marks a built-in conversion managed by Google (local actions, Smart campaigns, store visits). You can’t change its settings, so Pulzeo doesn’t flag it as “to fix”. The diagnosis focuses on the conversions you set up yourself.
Why use data-driven attribution?
It’s the model Google recommends: it splits credit across all touchpoints based on their real impact, instead of giving it all to the last click. The Overview tab shows how many of your eligible conversions use it. For actions with enough volume, it’s a clear improvement.
How do I enter my real business numbers (real conversions)?
In the Analysis tab, the “Real conversions” section lets you enter your actual numbers each month and compare them with what Google Ads reports. Select the month, fill in the fields, then save. A history keeps your entries month by month.
Which real numbers should I enter for my business?
The fields depend on your account type: orders and revenue for e-commerce; leads received, qualified leads, closed deals and deal value for lead generation; appointments booked, kept and converted for appointment booking; installs, active users and in-app revenue for apps. Leave a field blank if you don’t have the number.
What does tracking accuracy show?
The “Tracking accuracy” card compares what Google Ads reports with your real numbers, month by month, and calculates your true CPA and true ROAS. It unlocks once you’ve entered your real conversions. You can see the attribution gap at a glance.
Can Zeo analyze the gap between Google Ads and my real numbers?
Yes, with the “Tracking audit by Zeo” card. It measures the gap, gives a health score out of 100 and lists the likely causes, whether attribution, setup or strategy. You can run it up to three times a week per account.
What conversion charts are available?
The Analysis tab has a “Conversion trend” chart over time and a day-by-day “Conversions by action” chart. They show how things are changing and which actions drive the volume. An accuracy chart also tracks the gap between Google and your real numbers over time.
How do I create a new conversion in Pulzeo?
The Configuration tab walks you through it in order: create the Google accounts you need, connect your Google Tag Manager container, add the essential tags, then create your conversion action and its tag in one go. A card also lets you add a custom HTML tag. Each step only appears once the previous one is ready.
