How do I generate a report?

Go to Reports, choose one of the three templates, then click “Generate”. The report covers the account selected at the top of the app. A window lets you adjust the options before you start, and the report is generated in the background.

Which report periods can I choose?

There are three: “Current month performance” (from the 1st to today), “Previous month performance” (the last full month) and “Custom” (a date range and metrics of your choice). The first two are ideal for a regular monthly check-in, the third for one-off or quarterly requests.

How do I choose my report’s date range and metrics?

With the “Custom” template, set a start date and an end date, then check the metrics to include (impressions, clicks, CPA, ROAS, and so on). For the other templates, Pulzeo preselects the right metrics for the account type.

Can a report compare with the previous period?

Yes. Turn on the “Compare to previous period” option in the report window. Each metric then shows its percentage change next to the value, in green or red.

What does the “Include a Zeo analysis” option do?

It adds a summary written by Zeo to the report, in three to five paragraphs: what’s working, what’s holding things back and recommendations for the next period. The text is based on the account’s actual data and adapted to the client’s industry, with no jargon.

What does the “Compare Google Ads with your real figures” option do?

It adds a month-by-month comparison between the conversions reported by Google Ads and your real business conversions, so you get a true cost per conversion and a true ROAS. You first need to enter your real conversions for that period.

How do I track a report while it’s generating?

Once it starts, the window closes and a pill with a progress bar appears at the bottom right. It stays visible even if you switch pages or refresh. When the report is done, it shows “Report ready” with a “View report” button.

Where do I find and view my reports?

All your reports are listed under “Existing reports”, with their title, date and status. Click a report to open its panel (share link, preview, actions), or click the eye icon to open the version your client sees directly in a new tab.

Can I download a report as a PDF?

Yes. Open the report, then click “PDF” to generate and download the document. It’s handy for archiving or sending as an attachment.

How do I add an intro or closing note to a report?

In the report panel, the “Agency note” lets you write an introduction (at the top, up to 1,000 characters) and a conclusion (at the bottom, up to 600 characters). A counter under each field shows your character count. Your notes appear right away on the shared report and the PDF, where your client can see them, with no need to regenerate the report.

How many reports can I generate?

A counter shows how many you’ve used this month, based on your plan: 4 reports on Individual, 40 on Business and 100 on Agency. Scheduled reports don’t count toward this limit, and on a paid plan your full history is kept: no report is ever deleted to make room.

How do I delete a report?

In the list, click the trash icon next to the report. Careful: deletion is permanent, and the report’s share link stops working immediately.
